This Privacy Policy is provided by Issuer in connection with your Account. In this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply: (a) “you” and “your” mean the individual who applies for, or obtains, an Account; (b) “we,” “us” and “our” refer collective to Issuer, which is the creditor on your Account.; (c) “information” means personally identifiable information obtained by us in connection with the Account; and (d) “affiliate” means a company related by common control or ownership. This Privacy Policy applies with respect to both current and former customers.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information from a variety of sources including: information from you on applications or other forms, and communications between you and us, including by writing or telephone; information about your transactions and experiences with us, our affiliates, or others; information received from consumer reporting agencies (e.g., credit bureaus); and information we obtain from other third parties, such as demographic firms.

2. Information We Share With Service Providers Or Joint Marketers

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described in paragraph A, to companies (including affiliates) that perform services on our behalf, including those that assist us in preparing and mailing statements and responding to customer inquiries. We may provide that information to others who perform marketing services for us and to financial institutions that are not affiliates with which we jointly offer financial products or services.

We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here (TRUSTe global opt-out). Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

3. Information We Share With Affiliates

Our affiliates include non- financial companies and financial services providers, such as banks and other lenders. In addition to the information we share with affiliates that provide services to us, we may share information described in paragraph A among our respective affiliates for other purposes. For example, we may share among our respective affiliates: Information we receive from you and other sources, such as address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, and date of birth; and information about your transactions with us, or our affiliates, such as your account balance, payment history and Card usage. We may share other types of information with our respective affiliates unless you direct us not to. This includes: information from consumer reporting agencies or others that is collected or used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment (“Creditworthiness Information”). You have the choice to be excluded from our sharing of Creditworthiness Information with our respective affiliates. See paragraph E for details. We also may disclose information to our respective affiliates as permit- ted by law.

4. Information We Share With Nonaffiliated Third Parties

We may disclose information to third parties who are not affiliates. These nonaffiliated third parties include: financial services providers, such as mortgage and insurance companies; non-financial companies, such as direct marketers, retailers and publishers; and others, such as nonprofit organizations. Information received from applications or other forms, and communications between you and us, including by writing, by telephone, and through the internet, such as address, telephone number, e-mail ad- dress, social security number, and date of birth; information about your transactions and experiences with us, our affiliates, or others, such as items credited from retailers and others, your account balance, payment history, and Account usage with us, our affiliates, or others; and personal information from other third parties, such as demographic firms, in connection with marketing programs. You have the choice to be excluded from our sharing of certain information with these types of third parties. See paragraph F for details. Note: Even if you have chosen to be excluded from information sharing under paragraph F, we may disclose information about you to nonaffiliated third parties that perform services for us or with whom we have joint marketing agreements (as described in paragraph B), or as permitted by law.

5. How To Tell Us Not To Share Creditworthiness Information With Our Respective Affiliates

If you prefer that we not share Creditworthiness Information with our respective affiliates, you may direct us not to share this information (“opt-out”) by calling or writing as directed in paragraph G. Note: Your direction in this paragraph E covers only the Creditworthiness Information. In addition, even if you opt-out, we each may share information about you with our respective affiliates as per- mitted by law or to affiliates that perform services for us.

6. How To Tell Us Not To Share Information With Nonaffiliated Third Parties

If you prefer that we not disclose information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may “opt out” and direct us not to make those disclosures. If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may call or write to us as directed in paragraph G.

8. Sharing between Issuer and Service providers for this service

You expressly consent to Issuer’s sharing with service providers any information Issuer may collect, as described in Paragraph A, including for use by service providers or their affiliates in marketing to you goods or services that they believe may be of interest to you.

9. Security And Confidentiality Of Your Informationt

We take steps to restrict access to information about you to those employees (or people working on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements) who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

10. Furnishing Negative Information

We may report information about your Account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your Account may be reflected in your credit report.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may amend this policy at any time. We will inform you of changes as required by law. This policy replaces any other statements about our information practices.
